Sabres Game with Grandson
Got there early for a great parking spot in the ramp. Enjoyed some of the food from the food court the service was very friendly and polite. Then we sat in our seats and both myself and my grandson thought they were the best seats ever! 4th row just behind the net that the Sabres shoot on 2 times !
We were having fun, then one of the Sabres took a shot that barely missed the net but hit the boards just in front of me!!! WOW it really made our whole area feel part of the game and we all started talking about the shot! What a great experience! The Sabres fans as a whole are a tremendous group of people. The best part of it all was after the Sabres won and while walking back to the car my grandson stated he loved hanging out with just him and his Papa!
Fun night
I have been a long time fan who has been good for going to a couple of games a year until Covid. This was my first game back and the first time my 8 year old son was able to go. It did not disappoint. The game itself was great, lots of scoring and the good guys came out on top. My son really enjoyed the game, though he still has a lot to learn. My only real gripe has to do with parking. It was more expensive to park than I paid for my ticket and I got stuck in traffic more than and hour before the game. Must be an easier way to move cars along by the arena.
Father & Son
I took my oldest son to his fist Sabres game ever! Not only was the game experience absolutely perfect regardless of the Sabres falling to the Calgary flames 7-2, but the fans who were around us were also quite incredible. Taking notice to my sons sign that displayed his first game on it the man sitting next to my child left his seat only to return with an authentic Sabres foam finger for my son to amp up his first time experience at the Sabres game. That man was a true inspiration and I wish I could tell him that. He brought me to tears during that moment handing my son that foam finger. It took me a few minutes to compose myself again. The kindness of some strangers goes beyond the understanding of our current times in this world. I hope that wonderful man we met that day knows what a difference he had made in my sons life that moment and how he impacted my life forever. <3
